How to Submit a Return or Claim
To start a return or submit a claim, simply complete our Return Order Form within 30 days of receiving your item.
Timeframe for Returns
- Custom Made to Order & Pre-Loved Items:
Submit claims for misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items within 30 days of delivery. For lost packages, use the estimated delivery date as your reference.

Eligibility for Return:
- You may return an item if it is unused and in its original condition.
- Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.
- We accept returns for misprinted, defective, damaged, or lost items.
Not Eligible for Return:
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind.
- Selecting an incorrect size makes the item ineligible for return.
- Minor color or design variations due to printing are not considered defects.
Always check sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you need help, reach out to us for guidance.
Custom-Printed Products
We custom-print each item on demand for you.
- Unique Characteristics: You may notice slight variations in color, tone, or design. These are normal and not considered defects.
- Limited Returns: We only accept returns for defective or damaged items, not for non-defective custom orders.
By choosing on-demand printing, you support sustainable, low-waste production.
Checking Sizes Before Ordering
- Refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
- Compare measurements with a similar item you already own for accuracy.
- Consider your fit preference, whether you like a looser or tighter fit.
- If you’re unsure, contact us for sizing help before you order.
We do not accept returns for size-related reasons on custom-made products. Your careful selection supports our commitment to sustainable production and waste minimization.

Eligible for Return:
- You can return an item if it is faulty beyond reasonable wear.
- If the item is unsafe or unfit for use, let us know.
- Items that do not match the description or photos are also eligible.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Additionally, returns are not available for issues clearly disclosed before purchase
If you believe there’s a problem with your pre-loved item, please contact us within 30 days.
Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Costs
- Return items in the same condition as you received them and include proof of purchase.
- Use the designated return address provided after you contact us.
- We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective items. For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Unclaimed and Incorrectly Addressed Shipments
- Refunds cannot be issued for unclaimed items.
- Providing an incorrect address makes you responsible for reshipment costs after you confirm the updated address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If we approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
- In case you haven’t received your refund yet, check your account, contact your bank, or reach out to us for help.
