Welcome to the custom printed fashion FAQ for Paul Corps. Here you’ll find answers to your most asked questions about how I work, what I make, and how I do things differently — from sustainable custom printed fashion to curated pre-owned finds.
Products & Designs
What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand is a sustainable production method. Rather than producing stock in advance, I only create items after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste from mass production. In turn, using high-quality print techniques allows me to transfer original artwork to shoes, T-shirts, hoodies, and bags.
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes! Every design is created by me — Paul Corps. My artwork includes hand-drawn illustrations, original photography, and layered digital compositions. Because of this, these designs are not available anywhere else.
What materials are used in your products?
Materials vary depending on the product. For example, I use synthetic fabrics like polyester and PVC for their durability and clarity. In addition, I’m expanding my use of sustainable options such as certified organic cotton, organic ringspun combed cotton, and recycled polyester.
How do I choose the correct shoe size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you make the right choice. You’ll also find a dedicated Shoe Sizing Guide FAQ page. If you’re between sizes, I recommend choosing the next size up.
Who makes your products?
I collaborate with responsible production partners who prioritise ethical labour and environmentally conscious practices. I chose these partners for their high-quality standards and values that align with mine.
Do you sell pre-owned fashion?
Yes — I offer a curated collection of pre-owned fashion, including leather wallets, clutch bags, and shoulder bags. Each piece is hand-picked for quality, character, and potential to be worn and enjoyed again.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
Are payments secure?
Yes. I use secure payment gateways to protect your details and ensure safe transactions.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to help where possible.
What’s the difference between made-to-order and pre-owned items?
Made-to-order items are created after you place your order. This reduces overproduction and waste. Pre-owned items are already in stock and ready to ship. Each product page clearly states whether an item is made-to-order or pre-owned.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I offer international shipping only for made-to-order items via my eBay store, Curios Emporium by Paul. Pre-owned items are available for shipping within Australia only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. You’ll see no hidden fees — it’s all included at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my made to order item?
Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our best prediction of when you’ll receive your item. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated production time to the estimated shipping time. Made-to-order items usually take about 5 business days to produce, followed by 10–20 days for standard shipping.
Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order hasn’t arrived and your EDT has passed, please allow an additional 5 business days and then contact me via email or the contact form. I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Where are your products printed?
Shoes are printed and assembled in China by skilled footwear specialists. Other items are produced by global fulfilment partners chosen for their efficiency and quality.
Why does my item take longer to arrive?
Every item is made especially for you. While this means production and delivery take a little longer, it allows us to avoid unnecessary stock and reduce waste.
How are pre-owned items shipped?
I ship pre-owned fashion directly from my Australian studio within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information with every parcel.
Will my made-to-order and pre-owned items ship together?
Not always. Made-to-order items are sent by fulfilment partners, while pre-owned items come directly from me. You might receive more than one parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is custom printed and made just for you, I’m unable to accept exchanges or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or if product details weren’t reviewed before purchase. However, I encourage you to read the description carefully and check the photos and sizing guides to ensure you’re happy before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees set out under Australian Consumer Law, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information, see my Returns and Claims Policy.
Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned fashion items are also protected under Australian Consumer Law. You may return an item if it is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from the description — with consideration for its age and condition. Although change-of-mind returns are not accepted, you can find full details on the Returns and Claims Policy page.
Sustainability at Paul Corps
What makes Paul Corps sustainable?
I minimise waste by producing made-to-order pieces instead of holding excess stock. I also support reuse through my pre-owned collection. In addition, I work with partners who follow ethical manufacturing and low-impact practices.
Are your materials organic or biodegradable?
Not all items are biodegradable, but I choose durable materials that perform well and last. I am gradually adding more eco-friendly materials like certified organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Why pre-owned?
Pre-owned fashion helps reduce landfill and supports a slower, more thoughtful approach to style. Each item I choose adds character and extends the lifecycle of fashion.
