- Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
- Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Custom-Printed Products
Our items are custom-printed on demand, meaning each product is created specifically for you when you place an order. This ensures a more personalised experience but also means the products are not mass-produced or stored in bulk.
Due to this on-demand production process, the following applies:
- Unique Characteristics: Slight variations in colour, tone, or design may occur. These are normal and not considered defects. Factors contributing to these variations include printing methods, your screen settings, ink batch differences, material properties, and environmental conditions.
- Limited Returns for Non-Defective Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged, as they are specifically created for individual orders.
By choosing on-demand printing, you are supporting a sustainable approach that minimises waste and overproduction.
Checking Sizes Before Ordering
Because our products are custom-made, it is especially important to select the correct size before placing your order. Choosing the wrong size for a personalised item can lead to disappointment, as returns for size-related reasons are typically not accepted.

- Refer to the Size Chart: Every product listing includes detailed sizing information. Measurements are provided in centimetres and inches for accuracy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Costs
- Returned Items: All returns must be sent to the designated return address provided when contacting us.
- Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us to request an exchange.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A refund for shipping costs is only granted for defective items.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Unclaimed and Incorrectly Addressed Shipments
- Unclaimed Returns: Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned. You are liable for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
- Donations: Orders returned due to invalid addresses or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your expense without a refund.
Important Notes for EU Consumers
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, returns are not accepted for:
- Personalised or custom-made goods.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
