What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?
Print-on-demand is a sustainable production method. Instead of producing stock in advance, I create each item only after you place an order. This approach helps reduce waste from mass production. Additionally, I use high-quality print techniques to transfer my original artwork to shoes, T-shirts, hoodies, and bags.
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes! I create every design myself. My artwork includes hand-drawn illustrations, original photography, and layered digital compositions. Therefore, you will not find these designs anywhere else.
What materials are used in your products?
Materials vary by product. I use polyester and PVC because modern shoes are typically made from these durable, widely available materials that print vibrant, long-lasting designs. I’m also expanding into sustainable options like organic cotton and recycled polyester to support eco-friendly practices.
Who makes your products?
I work with responsible production partners who prioritise ethical labour and environmentally conscious practices. I choose these partners for their high-quality standards and values that align with mine.
Where do you print your products?
Shoes are printed and assembled in China by skilled footwear specialists. Other items are produced by global fulfilment partners chosen for their efficiency and quality.
How do I choose the correct shoe size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide to help you make the right choice. In addition, you’ll find a dedicated Shoe Sizing Guide FAQ page. If you are between sizes, I recommend choosing the next size up.
Do you wear your own products?
Yes, I wear my own shoes and I genuinely love them! They provide great arch support and soft sole cushioning. Personally, I wear half a size up because the fit is a little narrow. If you are between sizes or prefer a bit more room, I suggest sizing up. Don’t forget to check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Do you sell pre-owned fashion?
Yes, I offer a curated collection of pre-owned fashion, including leather wallets, clutch bags, and shoulder bags. I personally hand-pick each item for its quality, character, and potential to be worn and enjoyed again.
What’s the difference between made-to-order and pre-owned items?
I create made-to-order items after you place your order, which reduces overproduction and waste. On the other hand, pre-owned items are already in stock and ready to ship. Each product page clearly states whether an item is made-to-order or pre-owned.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay and all major credit cards.
Are payments secure?
Yes. I use secure payment gateways to protect your details and ensure safe transactions.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to help.
Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all Made to Order items—including custom-printed sneakers, tote bags, and garments.
Why do I see a shipping cost when I have items with free shipping in my cart?
Shipping is always free on Made to Order items. However, Pre-Loved items have shipping charges, as explained below. If your cart includes both types, shipping costs apply only to the Pre-Loved items—Made to Order items still ship for free.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes, I track all shipments. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email so you can follow your package’s progress. Once your Made to Order item arrives in Australia, Australia Post usually handles delivery. If you use the Australia Post app, you will also receive delivery notifications.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer international shipping through my eBay store, Curios Emporium by Paul.
How long does it take to receive my made-to-order item?
Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is when I expect your item to arrive. For made-to-order items, production takes about 5 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 13–20 days. Please remember, this is an estimate—not a guarantee. If your order hasn’t arrived after the EDT, wait an extra 5 business days and then contact me. I am happy to help.
Why does my item take longer to arrive?
Because I make every item especially for you, production and delivery take a little longer. However, this process helps avoid unnecessary stock and reduces waste.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts at a base rate, which you can see on each product page. Once you add a Pre-Loved item to your cart, the base rate applies. Each additional Pre-Loved item adds $4.00 to the shipping cost.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes, I track all shipments. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email so you can follow your package’s progress.
How are pre-owned items shipped?
I ship pre-owned fashion directly from my Australian studio. You will receive tracking information with every parcel.
How long does it take to receive my pre-loved item?
The standard delivery time is 4–6 business days. Your parcel may arrive sooner or take a little longer depending on your location and postal schedules. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please wait an extra 5 business days and then contact me—I will be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a Made-to-Order item?
Because I custom print each made-to-order item just for you, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or missed details. Therefore, please read the description carefully and check all photos and size guides before you order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or if it does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, contact me within 30 days. I am always happy to help resolve any issues.
What is the returns policy for Pre-Owned items?
Pre-owned items are covered by Australian Consumer Law. You may return an item if it is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, taking age and condition into account. I do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please visit the Returns and Claims Policy for more information.

What makes Paul Corps sustainable?
I minimise waste by producing made-to-order pieces instead of holding excess stock. I also support reuse through my pre-owned collection. In addition, I work with partners who follow ethical manufacturing and low-impact practices.
Are your materials organic or biodegradable?
Not all items are biodegradable. However, I choose durable materials that perform well and last. I am gradually adding more eco-friendly materials like certified organic cotton and recycled polyester.

Pre-owned fashion helps reduce landfill and supports a slower, more thoughtful approach to style. Each item I choose adds character and extends the lifecycle of fashion.
